Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for all products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for sending the goods back to us on all working products. Does not apply to damaged or broken goods, or were the wrong items are sent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Must be in excellent condition. ​
Original packaging is not damaged.
No missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have full rights to decline refunds if the product fails an inspection check. This may happen if the product has been damaged during use or the condition of the product is not eligible for return. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your product is not shipped, you may request a refund and order cancel at any time.

You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return products including the shipping cost. Please follow our return instructions. 

Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the goods during the return process.
